If your plan is not in-network with our office, we do not routinely submit claims to out-of-network insurance plans. You are welcome to receive services as a self-pay patient.
We can provide a detailed receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurer to determine whether you have out-of-network benefits and may be reimbursed. Before your appointment, we recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about those benefits.
